Boxed: A Magnetic Game of Dots & Boxes (ages 5+)

The Master Pieces are game changers!! Just when you think you've lost, one well placed master piece can flip everything. Keeps every game exciting until the very end

The board is 13 inches by 13 inches which is the perfect size - not too small to see clearly, not too large to carry around. Great design decision by Skillmatics

Such a fresh twist on the classic dots and boxes game we used to play on paper as kids! Good fun product to get family time!!!!

My daughter started placing pieces just to block me instead of to score herself haha! The defensive strategy is real and she figured it out on her own. Very impressive!!

The magnetic pieces clicking onto the board is such a satisfying feeling!! Even the sound when you claim a box is great. My kids ask to play it every single day

190+ magnetic dots, 70+ classic pieces, and 30+ Master Pieces is SO much content!! We keep discovering new strategies every game. Amazing value for what you get.

Very good to play with your family during the holidays

My daughter used to avoid strategy games but this one hooked her instantly!! The visual satisfaction of completing a box is so rewarding. She now beats everyone in the family

super fun game. desn’t require you to learn anything. Just open and start playing. It’s a good timepass family game.

Played this with friends during a power cut and everyone agreed it was more fun than any phone game!! Simple to learn, deep to master. Perfect game concept

my kids started arguing about who gets to use the Master Pieces first haha!! those special moves really do change the whole game. so cleverly designed by Skillmatics

the 'make a box, take another turn' rule keeps the excitement going until the very last piece..my daughter gets so thrillled when she chains multiple boxes in a row

first Skillmatics game I've bought that my husband is genuinley excited about. he challenges my son every evening. it's become their special father-son bonding time.

Good for all ages to play - my 5 year old picked up the rules in literally 5 minutes!! Perfect complexity for young kids but not boring for adults

My 5 and 9 year old play this together and somehow it works for both!! The 9 year old uses more complex strategies but the 5 year old still has fun and wins sometimes

My shy son suddenly becomes very competitive when this board comes out haha! It's brought out a confident, strategic side of him I hadn't seen before. Brilliant game.

No batteries, no screens, no apps needed. Just a board and pieces and your brain!! This is exactly the kind of family game we need more of. Absolutely lovved it

the magnetic dots you claim boxes with are such a satisfying mechanic!! seeing your colour fill up the grid as you win more boxes is so visually rewarding. great design.

the magnetic pieces sticking to the board is a genius design. no pieces sliding or falling off mid game. took this on a flight and it worked perfectlyy

Playing this has genuinley improved my son's spatial reasoning. He thinks about shapes and how they fit together in school projects now too. Wonderful side effect!

Such an underrated gem!! I hadn't heard of Boxed before but after playing it once I orderd another copy to gift to my brother's family. That addictive, seriously!!

Used this as a birthday gift for my nephew who loves strategy games. His dad called to say the whole family is addicted and they've played 10 rounds already haha!!!!

We take this everywhere - road trips, waiting rooms, relatives houses. The magnetic board means no pieces ever scatter. Perfectt travel game for families!!

The double sided magnetic board is excellent quality, very sturdy. The Master Pieces add such an exciting twist to the classic gameplay. Highly reccommend!!

My 7 year old beat me three times in a row and was absolutely thrilled!! The strategy element is so real, even adults have to think hard. Brilliant game for all ages

My 6 year old has become a real strategic thinker since we got this!! She now thinks 2-3 moves ahead before placing pieces. Cannot believe the development

My son has started teaching his school friends how to play during lunch break!! His teacher messaged me asking where to buy it for the classroom. So proud haha!!!!

we've owned many strategy games for kids but this is the one that gets played most often. the magnetic twist on a classic game is just so smart and satisfying. loved it :))

The game is quick enough that you can play multiple rounds in one sitting. My kids always say 'one more round!!' until it's way past bedtime haha. Love this game!!!!

The cloth bag for storing pieces is such a thoughtfull addition! Everything stays organized and ready for the next game. No pieces ever get lost. Great design

Gifted this for Diwali and it was the most played game over the holiday week!! Four cousins ages 5 to 12 all played together and everyone had the best time

Bought this for our family game night and now it's everyone's absolute favourite!! Even my 10 year old and husband compete fiercely. Great for 2 to 4 players
