Return, Refund, Replacement & Cancellation policy

1. Return Policy:

Return Period:
You can return products within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please ensure that the return request is initiated within this timeframe. 

Eligibility:

  1. The return request is made within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  2. The product is in its original packaging and must be unopened, unused and the shrink wrap should be intact.
  3. In case the customer wishes to return the product due to dislike or a quality issue, reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Alternatively, the customer may choose to send the product back to our warehouse at their own expense.
  4. We do not offer returns on bulk orders. (Orders above 5 quantities are counted as a bulk)

  5. For products purchased from a third-party platform, the return/replacement policy of the respective platform from which the product was purchased will apply.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect:

In the event of damage, defects, or incorrect products upon arrival, we offer a return window of 30 days. Please note that any damage or defects occurring during transit are beyond our control. If you face any such issues, kindly contact our support department within the return window of 30 days for assistance with a replacement or return of your order.

2) In the event of damage, defects, or incorrect products upon arrival, we offer a return window of 30 days. Please note that any damage or defects occurring during transit are beyond our control. If you face any such issues, kindly contact our support department within the return window of 30 days for assistance with a replacement or return of your order.

2) Skillmatics will bear the full shipping cost in case a faulty, incorrect or damaged item is delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Order cancellation is possible within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped out. Kindly contact us on +91 8422822545 or mail us at help@skillmatics.in with the cancellation request to check for eligibility. In case, for some unavoidable reason, you need to return it- the shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer. For prepaid orders, cancellation refund will be initiated immediately once the order has been cancelled from our end.

3. Replacement:

We're here to make sure you're happy with your purchase! Here's what you need to know about exchanging items:

Eligibility: We offer a 30-day replacement policy from the delivery date for reasons such as defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete products. Once the replacement is approved by our support team, we will arrange for the pickup of your product. After the product reaches our warehouse, we will ship the replacement. Quality and Product Information: We take pride in sourcing and offering high-quality products. We strive to provide comprehensive product details, including dimensions and learning outcomes, within the product description. Please note that exchanges or returns due to personal preferences, such as disliking the product, the product theme, or subjective quality assessments, will not be accepted. 4. Refund Policy:

Return product refund:

  1. Once the pickup is completed and the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Once the product passes the quality check, we will initiate a refund.
  2. For COD orders, the customer will be asked to provide bank details to process the refund.
  3. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed back to the original payment source.
  4. Once the refund is initiated, it may take 7-14 days to reflect in the bank account.

Order Cancellation Refund:

  1. Once the order is cancelled and the status is updated in the system, we will process the refund to the original payment source.
  2. The refund may take up to 7-14 days to credit in the bank account.
